Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers and internal users. The ideal candidate is patient, detail-oriented, and skilled at diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions in a clear and friendly manner
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or backend teams when needed
- Application/Software issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and technical updates
- Follow support procedures, SLAs, and security best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical support, Customer Service, or a related role
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Customer-focused mindset and patience under pressure
