Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Frontline Representative to sell our cutting-edge SaaS-based solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and building strong relationships with existing clients. Your expertise in understanding customer needs and showcasing our product’s value proposition will be instrumental in closing deals and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels, including social media, events, and referrals.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS-based camera solutions.
- Needs Analysis: Understand customer pain points and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-ups.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall revenue growth.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in the software or technology industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the ERP or IT industry
- Knowledge of SaaS-based solutions and cloud technology
- Familiarity with sales intelligence tools and predictive analytics
- Experience with sales enablement platforms and content management systems
