About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to develop, maintain, and foster long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to understand customer needs, thereby delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, issues, and escalations.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and effective solutions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
- Prepare and share regular client updates, reports, and feedback insights.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, agreements, and service updates.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to enhance client experience.
- Support in renewal, onboarding, and documentation processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or Client Support Executive.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple client accounts.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools will be an advantage.
