Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Field Support Executive to manage the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of GPS and camera systems. The candidate will be responsible for daily system checks, issue resolution, and providing client support both remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily camera monitoring and prepare status reports
• Identify inactive or non-functional cameras, visit sites, and resolve issues
• Handle installation and configuration of GPS devices and camera systems
• Provide on-site and remote (online) support to clients
• Address and resolve client queries and technical issues promptly
• Ensure proper functioning and uptime of all installed devices
• Maintain records of installations, service visits, and issue resolutions

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of GPS tracking systems and CCTV/camera installations
• Willingness to travel for on-site visits
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting, etc.)
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bike is compulsory

• Troubleshooting of hardware devices
• Basic networking and electrical understanding
• Customer handling skills
