Key Skills Required:

Good verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel
Basic technical troubleshooting skills
Client coordination and support

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle client communication over calls
Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
Provide timely technical support to clients
Maintain reports and records using Excel

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
