Job Summary
Satcop India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Collection Manager to manage customer collections, overdue accounts, and payment recovery processes. The ideal candidate should have 4–5+ years of experience in Banking, Credit Card Collections, Loan Recovery, NBFCs, Finance, or related collection functions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collections, reducing outstanding dues, and maintaining healthy customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end collection and recovery activities.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments through calls, emails, and meetings.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve recovery rates.
Monitor aging reports and outstanding accounts.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.
Prepare collection MIS reports and recovery status reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
4–5+ years of experience in Banking, Credit Card, Loan Recovery, NBFC, or Finance Collection departments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Target-oriented with the ability to handle multiple accounts.
Compensation
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
