Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of GPS tracking devices and related telematics equipment at customer locations. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge, good communication skills, and a willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities
Install GPS tracking devices in vehicles and equipment.
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of installed devices.
Visit customer sites for service calls and technical support.
Conduct device testing and ensure proper functionality.
Maintain service records and installation reports.
Coordinate with the Operations and Support teams for issue resolution.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and service requests.
Follow company safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in field service or technical support (preferred).
Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and wiring.
Ability to use mobile applications and service tools.
Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
Skills Required
GPS device installation and troubleshooting.
Basic electrical and electronics knowledge.
Problem-solving and technical diagnostic skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
