Job Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring smooth installation and support of GPS tracking solutions, coordinating with clients, managing field teams, and improving overall service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities and service delivery.
• Manage installation, maintenance, and support of GPS tracking devices.
• Lead and coordinate field technicians and support teams.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and service requests.
• Monitor operational performance and prepare MIS reports.
• Maintain inventory of devices and coordinate with vendors.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management.
• Experience in GPS Tracking, Telematics, IoT, or Technology Services preferred.
