Purchase Orders (PO):

All orders must be placed through a valid Purchase Order (PO).

Once a PO is received and accepted, it will be considered final and binding.

No cancellation or modification will be entertained after PO confirmation.

Payment Terms:

Payments must be made strictly as per the agreed schedule mentioned in the PO or Invoice.

No refund or cancellation is applicable once the PO is confirmed.

Delayed payments may attract late fees or suspension of services at the company’s discretion.

Delivery & Implementation:

Delivery timelines will be as per the agreement or communicated schedule.

Satcop India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control (e.g., supply chain disruptions, strikes, natural calamities, etc.).

Warranty & Support:
-
Products/services provided by Satcop India Pvt. Ltd. will carry the warranty as per the terms specified in the agreement/quotation.

Post-warranty support may be provided under Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) or as per agreed service terms.

Liability:

Satcop India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the products/services.

Responsibility is limited only to the repair or replacement of faulty products/services under valid warranty.

Confidentiality:
-
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared business information and not disclose it to any third party without prior consent.

Jurisdiction:
-
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts.
